Most traditional food industries gradually entered the era of industrialisation: mechanisation of production tools and modernisation of information systems (computerisation purchasing systems / sales, lot traceability etc.).

This course was specifically designed for foremen and production managers operating in the fish trade, market gardening, or the industry in general. It offers an opportunity to optimise the company’s organisation, and use the different tools / services available efficiently.

Strategic approach training (adapted to TPM / SMEs)

This course is for managers and leaders and aims to help them determine their company’s position in the future.
